MagicPod Autopilot
Meet MagicPod Autopilot. An AI agent that creates, edits, and executes automated tests from natural language instructions. Just describe what you want to test, and watch the magic happen.
AI Assertion Command
We've added a new command that enables AI-based result verification.
By describing the expected result in natural language,
AI understands the screen content and determines whether the result matches the
expectation.
This command expands the range of tests that can be automated.
If you've previously considered certain tests difficult to automate,
we encourage you to try this command.
MagicPod MCP Server
We've released the MagicPod MCP Server (Beta).
By using the MCP Server, you can perform various MagicPod operations
from external agents such as Claude and Cursor.

Loop Commands
We've added multiple "Repeat until..." commands, bringing while-loop functionality to your test automation. Create more flexible and dynamic test steps than ever before.
These commands are perfect for test targets with dynamic content. Use them to locate elements in constantly changing interfaces, or to interact with elements until they reach a specific value, which is ideal for scenarios where initial values vary with each test run.
Branch Feature (Official Release)
The Branch feature, which was released as a beta version in 2024, is now officially available with added conflict resolution capabilities.
By using the Branch feature, you can continue running tests against the current version in a staging environment while updating tests in a development environment to accommodate UI changes for the next release.
New and Enhanced Commands
We've added powerful new commands including "Store cookie value," "Stop Here," and
"Assert all links on the page are valid (cloud browser)."
Plus, we've enhanced existing commands like "Drag" and "Tap system button" with new
options, expanding their versatility.
Combine the "Store cookie value" command with variable assertions to verify that cookie values match your expectations—perfect for testing authentication flows and session management!
Enhanced Web API
We've expanded the Web API with new endpoints: upload data patterns to test cases, retrieve batch execution schedule lists for projects, and access platform-specific MagicPod Connect configurations.
Build complete automated workflows by chaining API calls: create test data through your application's API, generate and upload data pattern CSVs, then trigger test execution.
Continuous UI/UX Improvements
We've enhanced the admin panel layout, added shortcuts for directly viewing and editing locators from test steps, and improved usability across the test editing and result screens.
While flashy new features are exciting, these day-to-day usability improvements make a real difference in your test automation workflow. Sometimes it's the little things that bring the most joy!
iOS and iPad Performance: Dramatically Improved
We've significantly improved the performance of iOS and iPadOS cloud devices, delivering faster and smoother test execution.
If you've been putting off iOS or iPad testing due to slow performance, now's the time to give it another shot. The improved speed directly translates to better productivity in your test automation work.
MagicPod Status Page
We've launched the MagicPod
Status Page, where you can check maintenance schedules and system status in
real-time.
Set up notifications via email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other chat tools to stay
informed automatically.
When incidents occur, notifications are posted automatically—no need to manually inform your team. Setup is quick and easy, so we recommend configuring at least one notification channel for your preferred communication tool!
Other Updates
- Support for selecting the latest Chrome version and the previous five versions for batch test execution
- SCIM support (Enterprise plan)
- Ability to assign the purpose of additional cloud devices and browsers (test creation or batch execution)
- Option to send batch execution result emails only when batch execution does not succeed
- Ability to check whether organization members have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled via member lists (CSV/API)
- Added a menu item to display the UI Tree dialog in the test editing page
